Today I watched a YouTube video by GlobeTrotterAlpha on Vancouver, BC – Canada which I really liked. It is a non-audio-commentary piece with ambient sounds only. I do prefer ambient sounds if it is recorded correctly (as this is) rather than music overlay. I would have preferred some audio comments (there are captions at the bottom but I prefer audio comments since you do not have to be distracted from what you are watching).
It is shot well and was 4K. It is almost an hour long (57:54) and shows different parts of the city. It fells like you are there which is always the aim of virtual travel. Also, good people watching.
GlobeTrotterAlpha also has some other similar videos [Hong Kong, Manhattan, Paris, Barcelona, Waikiki, Washington DC, Jerusalem, Haifa, Tel Aviv, Calgary, Edmonton, and Athens — here is a link to the playlist] that I plan to watch.
